User Agreement

By using this Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

To access certain features of this Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g username and password).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

This Platform allows users to:

• Post listings for properties or services
• Search for available properties based on various criteria
• Communicate with property owners, agents, and other users

You agree to use this Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You shall not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any listing.
• Engage in any unlawful activities including but not limited to fraud, harassment or discrimination.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform in any way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this Platform or any network connected to it.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation when using this Platform.

By posting any content, you grant Victorian Condominiums a royalty-free and unrestricted access to use, display, modify and distribute your User Content as part of this Platform's operations.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and you represent that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content.
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of any property listing or offer. All agreements including financial transactions are between the users involved.

Certain services on the Platform may require payment of fees. Fees are outlined on this Platform or may be communicated to you separately.

• All payments must be made through the designated payment channels provided by Victorian Condominiums.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the services you use on this Platform.
• Fees may be modified at any time with prior notice to users.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Victorian Condominiums makes no warranties, express or implied regarding this Platform's availability, reliability or accuracy. We do not guarantee that this Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses.

Victorian Condominiums shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The obligations of Victorian Condominiums shall be suspended during the duration of the Force Majeure event and the time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the delay.

You agree to indemnify Victorian Condominiums for all claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your access to this Platform at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Failure to comply with applicable laws
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes or modification made to any provision of this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall to the extent permitted by law be effective.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Victorian Condominiums regarding this Platform thereby superseding any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
